The Blackbird is the beautiful new plastic "toy" camera with modern styling, quality optics and old school sensibilities. Designed from the ground up by Superheadz of Japan, the Blackbird has a 33mm lens with focal adjustment and uses 35mm film. Three mask options for cropping the film (normal, square, and no mask which exposes over the film perforations), two exposure settings (F7/F11), two shutter speeds, a hot shoe for a flash, and a tripod mount make it less of a "toy". Superheadz added a sports viewfinder on top for quick shots, but the real pleasure of the Blackbird is holding it at your waist, looking down and taking your time to shoot.
